7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Coverage
If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning out of the box, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report the issue:
- Reach out to our Support Team for an RMA number.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either send a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
- If a refund is chosen, we’ll also reimburse the return shipping upon receiving proof of cost.
15-Day Return Policy for Unused Items
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a complete refund. To begin the return process:
- Contact our Support Team with a clear photo or video showing the product’s condition and the original packaging. Make sure the images are well-lit and taken at a close-to-medium distance.
- Upon return and inspection, if the item is confirmed to be defective, we will refund the return shipping cost with a valid return receipt.
If the issue is found not to be a factory defect, the return shipping will not be reimbursed. Returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and proof of shipping will not qualify for a refund.
10-Day Faulty Product Guarantee
For select items, if you discover a fault within 10 days of delivery, you may request a return for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs for this type of claim are not covered.
Process to submit a Warranty Request ( Repair, Exchange and Refund)
To claim warranty support in case you are experiencing any issue with the product you purchased from our website please follow the following steps:
- Submit a support ticket with a description of the issue, including how and when it occurred along with your full order number and product SKU.
- Share photos or videos clearly showing the defect(s), along with the code printed on the outer packaging.
- Let us know what steps you’ve already taken to address the issue.
Warranty Limitations
Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under our warranty or return policies. Products showing signs of use or customer-caused damage will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Process and Timelines
- All returned items will be inspected by our technical team before a refund is issued.
- Unless the item is covered under our DOA policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Replacements will be sent using Flat Rate Shipping. Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
- Misuse, attempted repairs, or damage caused by accessories or improper handling voids eligibility for refunds or warranty coverage.
Issues with Delivery or Wrong Items
If your order is missing items, includes incorrect products, or the packaging is inaccurate:
- Please check the contents carefully before signing for the package.
- If something is missing, we will ship the missing item at no cost within the warranty period.
- If the wrong item is delivered, we’ll either send the correct one or issue a full refund after reviewing the return. Return shipping will be covered if the mistake is confirmed.
Processing Time for Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–6 business days.
Refunds via credit card typically take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Non-Refundable Situations
- All purchases are considered final unless covered by a policy listed above.
- Refunds will only be issued after proper review and validation of the claim.
If you believe there was a billing error, you must report it within 3 business days for a refund to be considered.
